COVID-19 has dramatically affected the work we can do in Tanzania, as well as the lives of the kids and their families. Currently, we can not do any surgeries. Traveling internationally is not an option right now. BUT, we don't want to leave the kids without any hope or resources.
This is why the Phase 2 program is so important. All proceeds from this weekend's class are providing COVID-19 care packages for all the Stand Tall families. The care package will include: hand sanitizer, face masks, a bucket to carry clean water, and food staples like rice and beans. All the things they need to stay safe and healthy until surgery becomes available.
Stand Tall International is partnering with Pilates with Dorita (www.pilateswithdorita.co.uk) for this amazing class. Participants are coming from Dubai, Greece, London, Frankfurt, Los Angeles, NYC, and more.

Pilates with Dorita is owned and operated by Dorita Vardikou currently living in Frankfurt, Germany. A scoliosis warrior who underwent spinal fusion at 16 years old. She used pilates to help recover from her surgery and keep her body strong. After practicing for 11 years, she fully embraced the technique and became a certified Pilates Instructor through Body Control Pilates.

Benson's Hope: Film Screening
Benson was kicked out of elementary school because he didn't look normal. He had a curved spine, and didn't stand correctly, so for 6 years he was always in pain. He was considered free of tuberculosis, but nobody thought to look for it in his spine. One day he met a woman who decided to help him stand taller. Back in America, she went into medical crowd fundraising mode for him. This is their story. Directed by Andre Campbell

Join us for our exciting holiday fundraiser the $10,000 Pyramid! With a nod to the classic gameshow, we have numbered a pyramid of envelopes 1 - 150 and our goal is to stuff each one. So, envelope 42 = $42, envelope 16 = $16.
If we fill every envelope, we'll raise over $10,000 and will be able to send the 6th child for life-saving spinal surgery. Imagine that your $12, could help save a child's life.
